by Ofsted and on Day Nurseries. If you already have management experience or are looking to take the next step in your career, the Early Years Alliance offers extensive training and professional development opportunities. We are looking for a Flexible Early Years Assistant who will offer our children high-quality inclusive early years education and care. As a Flexible Early Years Assistant, you would support us on a flexible basis to suit your availability and when we require additional staff. The Alliance prides itself on being a supportive workplace, and as part of the organisation, we are incredibly pleased to be able to offer a range of support and benefits for our team members including: 28 pro-rata days annual leave Employer and employee contribution pension scheme Regular access to internal and external learning and development opportunities Requirements: Successful applicants will need: Previous experience with young children and a friendly, flexible approach A willingness to undertake training leading to a recognised childcare qualification Also, you will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.
