Job Title: Flexible Supply TeacherLocation:Ashford, SurreyJob Type:Temporary, Part-Time hoursSalary:£140 - £150 Per dayJob Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of regular teachersFollow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure learning objectives are metManage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environmentProvide feedback to regular teachers on students' progress and behaviourAdapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of studentsRequired Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexibly and adapt to different teaching environmentsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience:Prior experience in teaching or education settings is desirableKnowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK National CurriculumAbility to effectively manage classroom dynamicsGood organisational skills and time managementPreferred Qualifications: Additional teaching certificationsExperience working with students of diverse backgroundsWorking Conditions: Varied teaching environments in different schoolsPart-Time hours with flexibility in schedulingOpportunity to work with students of different age groupsAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
