About the Client Our client is a reputable law firm known for its commitment to client success and professional excellence. They offer a collaborative workplace with opportunities for professional development and career progression. Working Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Duties Handle a broad range of immigration cases. Offer strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with current immigration laws and policies. Prepare and submit detailed legal documents and applications to relevant authorities. Represent clients in tribunals and hearings as necessary. Stay updated on changes in immigration legislation and policy. Key Requirements Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate. The prospective candidate is expected to have a minimum Immigration Accreditation with the Law Society of E&W or OISC Level 3 is desirable. Prospective candidates must have the experience to work on a Legal Aid-funded immigration caseload under minimal supervision; no training should be required. Demonstrable experience in immigration law, with a successful track record in managing various cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases effectively.
