As a Nursery Manager, you will lead the setting with vision and passion, ensuring high standards of childcare and early education. You will oversee staff, operations, and policies to create a nurturing environment where children can develop a lifelong love of learning. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the delivery of exceptional childcare and early education. Maintain adherence to nursery policies and procedures. Conduct staff supervisions and implement development plans. Drive high occupancy levels and financial performance. Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing child protection policies. Foster strong partnerships with parents and the community. Success Measures:

Quality Improvement: Continuously enhance nursery standards, striving to be the best in the local community. Occupancy: Achieve and sustain high enrolment levels for long-term sustainability. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and retain motivated employees. Parent Engagement: Build trust and connections, resulting in excellent feedback and referrals. About You:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years Education and Care (degree preferred). At least 3 years nursery experience and 2 years management experience. Knowledge of special educational needs and equality of opportunity. Pediatric first aid and food hygiene trained. Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Proficient in nursery administration, payroll, and PC applications. Benefits:
