About the role: Join our client, a renowned holiday company specialising in worldwide group tours, as their new Flights & Travel Consultant. In this pivotal role, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive Flights and Operations team, ensuring every tour is planned and executed to perfection. Your work will help create unforgettable experiences for travellers. Your key responsibilities: Book, ticket and manage flight requests, including extras like ad-hoc seating, upgrades, and domestic add-ons. Handle variable fares, ticket reissues and refunds. Manage schedule changes with suppliers and clients. Create precise travel documents and flight manifests on time. Provide outstanding support through email, phone and other channels. Generate reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders. What the client is looking for: Background in travel operations, sales support and administration. High accuracy in work and strong numeracy and writing skills. Familiarity with GDS systems, Amadeus or Galileo and solid IT skills. Exceptional communication and service delivery. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
