The Package
Basic Salary:
£25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months) On Target Earnings:
£45,000 Car Allowance:
£3,000 or Company Car Work Pattern:
5 days per week including some Saturdays (Alternate weekends) – Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00 Additional Benefits:

Providing personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice to ensure customers receive the best possible service. Motivating, inspiring, and managing the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions. Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance. Working closely with your sales team to download new properties brought to market and matching them with interested customers. Valuing properties and advising on showcasing them to achieve the best possible price for vendors. Keeping abreast of current market conditions and developing a reputation as an expert in your field. The Person Ability to build great relationships with customers and a strong record for converting valuations into listings and sales. Demonstrated leadership and adaptability towards the teams you work with. Drive, determination, and enthusiasm. Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a pressurized environment. Focused on turning challenges into opportunities. Proactive in making things happen. Genuine interest in helping people secure their perfect home. Alignment with company values of courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect. Full driving license required. Our Floating Managers are key to the success of our business and this is a fantastic opportunity to get a real feel for varying locations and be in a perfect position to take over your own office further down the line.
