Our client is looking for an experienced Vinyl Floor Layer to work on a long-term social housing project based around the North East area.
Job Description:
Working on a social housing contract Installing vinyl flooring in kitchens and bathrooms Ensuring vans are loaded with materials & equipment for projects Liaising with clients / site managers on project progress Maintaining correct product coverage rates Experience in wet room vinyl Person Specification:
Must have CSCS card Candidates must have own transport and full UK driving license Asbestos Awareness Manual Handling Must have experience of laying vinyl flooring Able to work as a team or individually Flexible with travelling across the North East Negotiable rate depending on experience
