Well, look no further... We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager to join our store team in Shepton Mallet, Somerset! This is a full time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential. About the Role

As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in the running of the store by leading and inspiring your team to deliver the best store standards for our customers. You will also: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards Support the management of your team and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements Have a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI’s This role offers fantastic development opportunities, with a clear progression pathway up to Deputy Store Manager and beyond! Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
