We are currently working with an Art company that is currently seeking a Floor Manager to join their office in London. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide sales staff. Customer Service:
Maintain high standards of customer service by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues with clients. Operations Management:
Oversee floor operations, ensuring the team are hitting targets. Staff Training:
Train, coach, and mentor employees to improve performance and maintain high service standards. Sales Performance:
Support sales initiatives by setting team goals, monitoring progress, and motivating staff to achieve targets. Problem-Solving:
Address operational challenges in real-time, providing practical solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations. Reporting:
Provide daily/weekly reports to management on team performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges. Qualifications / Experience
Proven experience in a Manager role or Senior Broker position. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure. Knowledge of alternative investments. Ability to manage and train junior brokers. Close own business.
