As a Flooring Manager, you will be managing and overseeing flooring installation projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Monitoring safety protocols and compliance with site regulations.
Managing project budgets and schedules.
Conducting site inspections and quality checks.
Resolving on-site issues and providing leadership to the team.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Flooring Manager, Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in flooring project management or site management.
Understanding of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
