Flying Start Nursery is looking to recruit a fun, caring, motivated individual to join our Early Years team. We have a unique woodland setting and we do Forest school. If you love the outdoors and have a passion for supporting children’s learning through play, then please contact us! The role will require the individual to become a key person to a group of children to support them, their families, and their learning, whilst becoming part of a very positive, caring, and supportive team. PERSON SPECIFICATION: A friendly, caring person with great people skills to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members. A passion for Early Years education, with good knowledge and experience of the EYFS or a desire to learn. The ability to develop great relationships with the children and their families. Motivation to continually grow as a practitioner by attending ongoing staff training and courses. Love for the outdoors. We are preferably looking for somebody with an Early Years Level 3 qualification or equivalent but would consider level 2 qualifications. Qualifications preferred:
Up to date safeguarding training and paediatric first aid. Experience Essential:
Previous experience of working in childcare. Experience Preferred:
