Account Manager Salary

– Account Director TecRec are currently recruiting for an FM Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial sites throughout the UK. Our client provides and manages numerous engineering services across the commercial sector throughout the UK. You will be responsible for managing a P&L and a team of mobile engineers throughout the country. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invests both time and training into their employees. The ideal candidate will ideally live around the Birmingham area and have managed multiple engineers across multiple sites. You will be responsible for 7 buildings for one client nationally; sites include – London, Birmingham, Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh & Liverpool. Contract Value – 1.2 million + extra works & projects. You will be required to go to London once per week. 7 Reports – 3 Direct. This is a mature contract with a very supportive client, so this is a great opportunity to join a successful contract. The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning. THE PACKAGE Up to £65,000 per annum Company pension scheme 25 Days holiday Car Allowance All travel paid Pension scheme Death in Service available after qualifying period.
