Key Tasks

Manage client expectations and work requests in accordance to contract Prepare presentations to explain initiatives to clients and other continuous improvements Raise and manage all documentation required to enable project delivery and support progress through to completion Monitor all project delivery programmes and ensure all milestones are managed Prepare necessary reports/documentation from various process systems to support the business cycle of progress and financial reporting Attend all formal meetings with FM and Client to drive the process and business cycle reporting Prepare and manage critical communications to client Be the 'go to person' for all ad-hoc queries Provide a systemic approach to maintain compliance with client and CBRE policies Review all Standard Operating Processes and other relevant documentation affecting Ford operational delivery

Skills Problem solving skills Ability to prepare concise reports, prepare quality PowerPoint presentations and effectively lead discussions Able to work with and manipulate spreadsheets / formulas Analytical and quantitative skills Customer Service skills PC Literate - Microsoft Office Suite Our Values
