About The Role Bespak are looking for a FM Hard Services Manager for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this permanent onsite role is £70K plus a discretionary annual bonus. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance. Working Pattern –

Monday to Friday, usual working times of 8.30am to 4.30pm with an 8am to 4pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times. In this FM Hard Services Manager role, you will be the go-to person for all technical and maintenance aspects of our facilities. You'll manage a team to ensure smooth operations, including handling building services, safety systems, and environmental needs. You will also oversee budgets, contractor performance and ensure we comply with all regulations. This is a leadership role where you'll work closely with other FM managers to deliver a seamless, customer-focused service. You'll play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment across our sites. As a FM Hard Services Manager, your duties will include: Manage Hard FM services across multiple sites. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities. Manage budgets and contractor performance. Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals. Support the development of FM strategies. Beneficial key skills and experience: Relevant qualification in an engineering discipline. Facilities Management qualifications (e.g., IWFM). Proven experience in Hard Facilities Management. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and building regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CAFM and asset management systems.
