Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Experience of hard facilities management in a multi-site portfolio. NEBOSH General certificate holder. Excellent understanding of safety regulations and statutory compliance obligations within a building environment including asbestos management, fire, water, gas, and electric safety. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
