Your main duties will include:
- Prepare the bar and restaurant areas ready for service
- Be familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell
- Work across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and within our events
- Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery and other items are ready for each shift.
- As well as serving food and drinks you will be involved in the clearing up and cleaning too keeping all areas in top condition.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent customer service skills. Full training will be given.
