Coordinating and running promotions and offers. Managing the cash and payment systems. Maintaining stock levels in line with gross profit margins. Making sure all team members are trained. Taking on the role of duty manager when required and resolving guest queries and feedback. PDR is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and Adults at Risk.
