We are currently in the final stages of an extensive refurbishment and on track to be one of the best food & beverage, accommodation & event venues in NSW. About the Role: As the Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, kitchen, gaming, managing staff, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This is a leadership position that requires a strong combination of managerial, organizational, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: A natural and confident leader with strong communication skills Passionate about customer service and delivering amazing experiences Knowledgeable about compliance, regulations, and venue operations Highly organised with the ability to manage an inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that stock levels are well maintained. Focused on the development of the team, with the ability to lead, train and coordinate staff in a motivating, efficient and effective manner Able to manage payments, cash handling and reporting Confident handling guest feedback and any complaints in an efficient and proactive manner About You: Relevant experience in a similar role is highly advantageous A valid RSA and RCG certificate, ARCG preferred The ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volumes of customers Take pride in your personal presentation Goes above and beyond for our valued guests The ability to work a rotating flexible roster, including weekends, public holidays and evenings.
