Additional role context

  • Approx. £2,500 in service charge & gratuities.
  • Pantry Restaurant: 40+ covers + additional 40+ seats on the Garden Terrace. All-day dining (7 days a week).
  • Priory Restaurant: 50+ covers (3 AA Rosettes).
