An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ashdown Park for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will ensure our guests enjoy the best fine dining experience. Looking after our guests is our key priority and as a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will assist the managers in overseeing food and beverage service and in ensuring our guests enjoy the very best dining experience in our Lounges, Cocktail Bar, Fine Dining Restaurant and Brasserie. Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every meal an occasion for our guests. Key Responsibilities: To provide the highest quality of guest service. To exceed expectations and offer a personal and informative service to enhance the enjoyment of the guest and maximise up-selling opportunities. In the absence of the Conference & Banqueting Manager or Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to oversee Conference & Banqueting operations, ensuring not only the highest standards of service but outstanding product knowledge. To be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Elite group in all your business relationships, at all times setting the highest standards of leadership, integrity and commitment. Food and Beverage Supervisor Key Attributes: Have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, drinks and people. Have excellent customer care skills and attention to detail. Supervisory experience within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team. Good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
