At Chestnut, we strive to be a vibrant, community-focused work environment and are looking for an organised individual to take on the role of a FOH Supervisor. You will work closely with the General and Assistant Manager to host our guests through an enjoyable hospitality experience by overseeing the Front of House team at The Feathers. The Feathers is situated in the middle of Holt’s bustling high street, a Georgian gem of a town that’s perfectly placed just 4 miles inland from the Norfolk coast. Lined with cafes, galleries, and antique stores with thriving independent shops, bustling with activity all year long - it’s the perfect place to make a weekend of it. Stepping through The Feathers welcoming front door into the historic bar, its long tradition of warm hospitality immediately scoops you up and finds you a comfortable chair - and the perfect table. Locals and travelers hunker down in quiet, stylish interiors in front of blazing log fires in winter, sociable outdoor terrace tables in summer, and all a stone’s throw from the high street. Job Requirements:

To be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and takes pride in delivering a great guest experience. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front of house team, leading by example. Be a team player interested in expanding their knowledge and contributing to a welcoming pub atmosphere and expanding our positive company ethos here at Chestnut. Have a good understanding of wet/dry stock. Handle cash and financial transactions accurately. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food services. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Report back to the Assistant/General Manager with any concerns regarding team/property. Perks of Working with Us:

Be part of a friendly, supportive team as well as integrating with an array of different staff teams from other Chestnut properties. Additional tips on top of competitive hourly pay. Opportunities for growth and development within hospitality careers. A vibrant, community-focused work environment. Enjoy both food and room discounts with friends. Access to our exclusive Chestnut Hub which offers hundreds of high street discounts. High-quality, fresh staff food included. Industry accredited and nationally recognized qualifications. Employee reward and recognition prizes. Referral scheme (earn up to £1500 per referral). Who are Chestnut?

Located within the East Anglia region, we are a growing group of stunning pubs with rooms, big houses, and bottle shops. We are proud yet humble, and at our core, we always strive to do the best we can for our fantastic people. Our team members are at the heart of who we are, which is why we offer a variety of hours to suit our team members and their personal commitments.
