Our team is at the heart of our success, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join us. Role Overview:
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will work closely with the head cook, bar team, restaurant staff, and the Park General Manager to ensure operational effectiveness, audit control, and upselling opportunities. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our high standards and enhancing our guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring seamless service and high standards. Lead and inspire the bar and restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue through effective upselling techniques. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to maintain stock efficiency. Foster a positive team environment and provide ongoing training and support to staff. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a high-end dining environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
