WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for a brilliant Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with outstanding customer service skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your experience in a similar position will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Guarantee an amazing experience for all our guests. Train and offer guidance and support to the team ensuring they meet The Celtic Collection standards. Supervise the smooth running of the day-to-day operation. Communicate with the Culinary team regarding guest comments and service standards. This role is varied with no two days the same. Part of The Celtic Collection’s growing portfolio of Tŷ Hotels, the hotel boasts 100 guest bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a private dining area and an activity suite. Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront was built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and provides another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire.
