Supporting the General Manager in the day to day running of the business Delivering great guest service and food quality and complaint management Running a safe & compliant restaurant though Health and safety checks and TBFC systems Monitoring and controlling business KPI’s Leading and coaching the team. Delivering training and follow up to all employees Stock management and ordering Role model the TBFC values and create a positive working environment What we are looking for:
Great communicators with a keen eye for detail Passionate about making our guests happy and motivated to produce awesome food High focus on cleaning standards, who takes pride in both your appearance and that of the restaurant A lead by example individual, who drives standards Leadership and Coaching Desired experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Fast-paced kitchen environment: 1 year (preferred) Worked in a leadership role: 1 year (preferred) We will help you out and provide you with all the training you could possibly need.
