Your ability to manage, supervise, and be responsible for exceptional service will directly impact customer satisfaction and create lasting memories. The role will challenge you, requiring you to deputise for the Manciple, manage Food & Beverage Assistants, and casual waiting staff. Your supervisory experience will be invaluable in maintaining high performance and ensuring an efficient and cost-effective Food and Beverage service.

Here's what you'll enjoy in return for your hard work and dedication: A dynamic working environment that values staff morale and team development. Opportunities to assist with ‘on-the-job’ training, contributing to staff growth. Meal on duty if available (daily allowance). 25 days plus bank holidays annual entitlement.

My client prides itself on its high standards and the excellent team that upholds these values. The organisation places a strong emphasis on staff and team development, and your role will be at the heart of these efforts. You will have the chance to assist with recruitment, selection, and training, as well as resolving customer complaints or grievances to ensure customer satisfaction.

Does this sound like the kind of role that would get your career juices flowing? If you have an NVQ2 in Hospitality or equivalent and a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate, not to mention good communication skills, strong organisation, and a knack for motivating staff, then we want to hear from you.

Apply now with Jonathan Taylor at Select Recruitment Specialists and grab the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a team where your efforts will not go unnoticed! Don't hesitate – your new career is waiting for you.
