Plan and assign work for the team Manage, train, and develop your team (1:1 regular updates) Discuss performance and development goals with your team Work with the Commercial team identifying additional opportunities to enhance revenue Drive promotions that deliver a great dining experience for guests Regularly check all food and beverage equipment is operational and cleaned frequently Keep an eye on industry trends to spot new opportunities Make sure guests have an excellent experience Respond to all guest questions, complaints and requests Conduct food and beverage inventory checks Work within budget for food & liquor costs and payroll For this role, you’ll need:
Experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor A great team leader who develops and motivates your team A people person, with a passion for providing our guests with an amazing service You’ll have high brand standards with a passion for hospitality The ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment Good working knowledge of food and beverage, and licensing regulations We offer a wide range of attractive benefits, including:
