Food & Beverage Supervisor
£12.50ph (Reviewed April 2025)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and leading a dynamic team? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a fantastic establishment and oversee operations in the restaurant, bar, and function areas. Benefits: 40 hours per week which will include evenings and weekends for both the roles. 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays, (increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days) Uniform provided Discount schemes for Bedroom Live-in accommodation available if required 24-hour access to Employee Assistant Programme Additional leave Company events Discounted or free food Free parking Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure outstanding customer service. Manage restaurant, bar, and function areas during shifts. Train and develop team members to maintain high standards. Collaborate with the kitchen to manage stock and service requirements. Handle cash and card transactions with confidence. Ensure cleanliness and preparation of service areas. What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills.
