The process involves creating a product that tastes great, then once customer buy-in is achieved, it’s about scaling that product to be mass-produced. This role involves trial and error, testing tolerances and variances, weighing and ensuring the product can meet the requirements of mass production. It will be a mix of hands-on factory work which provides data that will need to be logged and stored in order to further develop the product. Minimum Requirements: Graduates in a relevant food-related discipline or someone with similar experience in food manufacturing within an FMCG environment. Possession of HACCP / Food Safety Training.
