Manage and lead a team of 10–15 food production staff, ensuring consistent quality and high standards in food preparation. Oversee a team of pickers, packers, and support staff to meet shipping SLAs and operational targets. Implement and monitor HACCP and food hygiene principles, creating an exemplary food-safe environment. Actively engage with customer feedback to maintain a customer-focused, high-performance culture. Review and optimize order management practices and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce wastage. What Experience is Required
Proven track record of managing food production teams to achieve quality and cost targets. Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and supply chain processes. Hands-on leadership style, willing to support the team during peak times. If you speak Urdu or Punjabi - this will be a huge advantage. Salary & Benefits
