Food Process Technologist
Alexander Steele have partnered with an established multi-site food manufacturing business in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Our client is seeking an experienced process technologist to join the business on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with your creativity in the food industry. Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company protocols. Stay updated with emerging food processing technologies and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as NPD team, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to obtain necessary information for food process development. Scale up recipes and formulations from the lab to production lines, ensuring quality and efficiency. Background Experience:
2+ years of experience in a process technologist role within a food manufacturing environment. A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline. HACCP Level 3/Food Safety Level 3. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What's on Offer:
