Responsibilities include: Ensuring machinery operates efficiently and reliably. Performing maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime. Collaborating with production teams to streamline processes and improve productivity. Identifying and implementing practical solutions for operational challenges. Contributing to continuous improvement projects with a focus on sustainability and quality. What We're Looking For: We're keen to hear from candidates with: Previous experience as a Production Engineer, ideally in food manufacturing. A solid understanding of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
