We are seeking a
Warehouse and Production Manager
to oversee our warehouse operations and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in both warehouse and production management and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of both areas. Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. Manage the production process, from planning to execution, to ensure timely delivery of products. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and production processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Hire, train, and manage warehouse and production staff. Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to upper management. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operation of the business. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:
3+ years of experience in warehouse and production management. Knowledge of warehouse and production processes, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and production planning. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience with warehouse management software. Familiarity with production management software. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
