Food Production Operative
Working in partnership with a Food manufacturing company based in Elsham, we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking food production operative. This is a Temp to Perm position with a pay rate of
£11.44 per hour . Shift pattern / Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm Start date / Duration This role starts on the
14th January
and is temp to perm. The Food Production Operative is required to process collecting ingredients, weighing, blending, mixing and ensure hygiene & quality standards are maintained in a safe and organised production process. Job description Day to day you will be expected to: Lifting to 25kg moving ingredient sacks and boxes Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures Be quality aware Communicate effectively Work effectively as an individual and as part of a team Achieve the daily production plan as agreed with the production team leader Contribute to the profitability of the company The successful candidate: To be considered for the position you must have: Food production background Labouring experience Good standard of English Attention to detail What's in it for you? 40 hours/week Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm On-Site Parking Pension Paid a week in arrears £12.50 per hour after probation About Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
