Food Production Operatives - Night Shifts

Looking for night work only? Our client is looking for night workers to help within the busy running of their factory. You will be working in a food production environment preparing fresh vegetables ready for deliveries across the UK. Your nightly tasks will be: Using knives to prepare vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and onions. Chopping and slicing vegetables. Separating florets of broccoli/cauliflower and removing the cores from peppers. Washing and preparing vegetables. Processing root crop vegetables. Loading the product into bags, which can weigh up to 10kg. Inspecting and sorting root crop vegetables to meet customer requirements. You will be working in a chilled environment to keep the vegetables fresh, ranging from 2 to 6 degrees. You are allowed to wrap up warm, but you must be comfortable working within these conditions. Hourly Rate:
The rate of pay is £12.04 per hour. Please note we do not accept Visa sponsorships. Working Hours:
There is a set working pattern in place; you will be working Saturday night until Thursday morning. Shifts start at 8:00 PM and finish at 5:30 AM. Closing Date:

Successful applicants are required to have: Previous experience of working in a factory/warehouse within the last 3 months. Experience in handling food products is preferred but not essential.
