Closing date: 1st December This is a 6 month Fixed term contract Working pattern: Hybrid but you will need to be flexible depending on team tasks and resources. Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings. The recipe! This role is to guarantee that our food safety systems are not only put into action but are also running smoothly while adhering to industry-leading standards and meeting customer expectations. You will play a key role in aiding plant teams with the rollout of food safety initiatives. In addition, your expertise will be crucial in guiding and coaching both internal business units and external partners on all matters related to food safety. Key responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and maintaining the food safety management system. Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of food safety. Providing training and support to staff regarding food safety practices and protocols. Maintaining documentation for food safety processes and procedures. Key Skills: Level 4 HACCP trained and proven experience in food safety management within the food manufacturing sector. Level 3 Food Safety trained. Technical and quality background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive approach to ensuring compliance and promoting food safety initiatives. Competitive salary & Flexible benefits.
