Responsibilities Research and develop new food products, flavors, and formulations. Design experiments, conduct sensory evaluations, and analyze data to create exceptional products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Maintain detailed records of research and development activities. Requirements for the Role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in food product development and flavor formulation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to quality and safety.
