Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer
A leading Building Services company is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role involves performing PPMs, servicing, and some maintenance repairs on full air conditioning systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, VRFs, and splits, across a large multi-building static site in Euston.
Responsibilities:
Carry out service and maintenance tasks on full air conditioning systems and related plant. Perform service and maintenance work on VRV and VRF systems. Handle all PPMs and necessary maintenance works. Report and identify any repairs required during investigations. Work across a static, multi-site location in Euston. Requirements:
Must hold an up-to-date F-Gas Cat 1 qualification. Must have proven service and maintenance experience on VRV, VRF, splits, and multi-split systems. Must be able to report on and identify necessary repair work. Must reside within a commutable distance to Euston Station. Package:
Salary: £30,000 Holiday entitlement and additional package benefits. Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays.
