An exciting opportunity for the apprentices to be trained using the latest diagnostic equipment will provide them with the relevant skills to react to the ever-changing technological developments within the car industry. Day-to-day tasks will vary but will normally include: Servicing - working to manufacturer servicing guidelines to ensure vehicles run at optimum performance MOTs Vehicle maintenance - replacing parts that have wear and tear before they fail Observing and assisting technicians Repair - diagnosing the reason for vehicle failure and fixing the problem Achieving a Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Level 3 qualification Holding a certificate that meets the EU’s 2014 F-gas regulation before the Standard is met Working hours: Monday - Friday; 9.00am - 5.00pm (Shifts to be confirmed with the employer).
