The ideal candidate for the Workshop Supervisor / Foreman Fitter – Plant & Tool Hire role will possess: Previous experience in roles such as Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisor, Foreman Fitter, or Charge-hand A strong mechanical or engineering background within the Plant / Tool Hire industry Proven ability to manage and motivate a team Proficiency in IT Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and organisational abilities A full UK Driving Licence Benefits:
