To work within the Method of Manufacture and ensure the required quality standard is maintained at all times. To undertake supporting processes based on business need to support product production, including but not limited to, operating Hydraulic Presses, Hydraulic Hammers, Rolling Mills, Expanders, and Tool Changing in line with the relevant SoP. Completing/updating all in-process documentation as required, recording key data and information in accordance with the relevant system and/or process, including logging production throughput data into efacs. To raise non-conformance reports through the quality system and report to the line manager and Quality Department. Encourage and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by performing daily TPM and 5S activities. Support and promote a Health & Safety culture by adhering to all aspects of Health & Safety, including carrying out checks prior to startup and ensuring that Personal Protective Equipment requirements are adhered to at all times. Undertake other tasks within capabilities, in any department across the business, as requested by the Manager/Supervisor. Required Skills/Experience:
Experience of working in a hot working/forging/metal forming environment. Experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential. Flexible and promotes good working practices. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Good interpersonal skills, particularly in team working. Ability to achieve deadlines and targets consistently.
