OFF PLAN CONVEYANCER - PERMANENT - LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE - UP TO £50k Forrest Recruitment are working alongside a well-established law firm who are currently recruiting for an Off Plan Conveyancer to join their outgoing and professional team. Duties: Manage the full cycle of the transactions from instruction to post completion Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and lenders Draft and review contracts Maintain regular communication Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements Manage case files The ideal candidate will understand property law and conveyancing processes, possess excellent attention to detail, and have strong IT skills.
