Forward Deployed Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineer focuses on leading technical delivery of atlas program engagements: discovery against the client estate, mapping ai systems and digital workers to our 60 risk factors and 80+ agent-specific cont.

What the role involves

• Leading technical delivery of Atlas Program engagements: discovery against the client estate, mapping AI systems and digital workers to our 60 risk factors and 80+ agent-specific cont.
• Translate regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, FCA PS26/2, DORA, FINRA 25-07, SS1/23) into deployed controls inside the platform, working with the regulatory and product teams.
• Run the agent moments live in client environments: surface orphaned agents, quantify exposure, and walk a CRO through what they're actually looking at.
• Feed the product roadmap. You see what works in the room and what breaks at deployment and what our clients demand in addition to excel.
• Own technical relationships post-deployment. You are the engineer the client trusts.
• 3+ years engineering experience, ideally with at least one stint in a customer-facing or deployment role (FDE, solutions engineer, delivery engineer, technical consultant).

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
