Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Our client is seeking a motivated Fostering Recruitment Marketing Officer to join their team! In this role, you will play a critical part in the recruitment of prospective foster carers and contribute to marketing initiatives that promote the vital services they offer. Your responsibilities will include: Plan and coordinate marketing, promotional and recruitment campaigns and other activities that lead to the successful recruitment of foster carers within the Borough Conduct initial screening telephone interviews with prospective foster carers to assess their suitability and facilitate the process. Collaborate closely with the Communication Team to develop and disseminate marketing materials and promote recruitment events across multiple platforms, including social media. Innovate and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential foster carers, while ensuring they align with the organisation's goals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various recruitment strategies to meet defined targets, while working independently to achieve your goals. Establish strong partnerships with local agencies and nurture relationships with existing carers to enhance the recruitment process. To excel in this role, you will need: Working understanding and awareness of social care and fostering process and requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders. Proven experience in recruitment marketing, social media marketing, and event planning. A keen eye for detail in data management, including maintaining internal trackers and spreadsheets. A creative mindset to develop compelling marketing strategies and materials. Dedication to providing excellent service and compliance with safeguarding regulations.
