6-month period About the Role: As the Foundation Manager, you will be at the helm of The Screwfix Foundation, leading its mission to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Foundation’s vision, mission, and strategy, ensuring that our initiatives are impactful and aligned with our goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire:

Develop and manage the Foundation’s vision, mission, and strategy. Drive engagement through innovative fundraising programs and effective communication. Build Relationships:

Manage external partnerships and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the Foundation’s profile remains strong and consistent. Oversee Grants:

Manage a multimillion-pound grant program, ensuring fair and transparent grant-giving. Continuously improve the Foundation’s impact through regular assessments and visits to beneficiary organizations. Ensure Compliance:

Maintain governance standards and ensure compliance with charity law and regulations. Monitor legislative changes and adapt the Foundation’s approach accordingly. Drive Innovation:

Continuously review and improve policies, systems, and processes to align with best practices and market developments. What We’re Looking For: Experience:

Expertise in running charitable foundations and understanding charity law. Strong project and stakeholder management skills. Skills:

Ability to manage resources, engage volunteers, and communicate persuasively. Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Values:
