About the Role We're seeking an ambitious, adaptable intern to join our dynamic London-based startup and become an integral part of our growth journey. This is not a typical internship - it offers a unique and very hands-on opportunity to gain comprehensive business experience, work directly with startup founders, and develop critical professional skills across multiple domains. Over eight weeks, you will cover all non-tech aspects of the business ranging from market analysis to NDA contract creation to marketing event organisation to sales presentation. This will be a fast-paced role with a high degree of responsibility. We are looking for a go-getter intern who can get stuff done and is hungry to learn - everything else can be taught. This role is based in London. As a fast-growing company and team, we value working together, in person. Please apply if you're in London or willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities: Support founders and leadership team by identifying and executing high-priority operational initiatives. Conduct comprehensive market research to inform strategic decision-making. Develop professional sales and marketing materials, including investor presentations and company communications across multiple platforms. Collaborate across teams to drive project success and operational efficiency. Handle everything from contract drafting to event planning - no job too small, no challenge too big. What We Are Looking For: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Strong adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a lot of ambiguity and hypothesis-testing. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Bonus: experience or interest in technology, biotechnology, or scientific industries. 6-week minimum commitment for on-site work in our London office full-time. Our Recruitment Process Introductory Call (20 mins):
