Our Head of Sales has firsthand experience of building a best-in-class enterprise sales motion in financial services SaaS and going from Series A to a >$500m exit. You’ll have the chance to win big. We already have relationships with some of the heaviest hitters in the Private Markets, but haven’t had the resources to serve them all. These range from blue chip global PE GPs to the Big Four and Magic Circle Law — our new commercial function enables us to serve a broader group of these prospective clients, and you’d play a key role in prioritising where we spend our time. You will work directly with Pactio’s Head of Sales to: Generate demand — finding innovative ways to break into C-Level stakeholders in new accounts with sales-led outreach, internal network leverage and tactical marketing campaigns. Support our Head of Sales and broader leadership team in closing deals ($50k-5m+) with the largest and most admired institutions across the PE ecosystem. Build processes that will scale for future Commercial Associates, and contribute to go-to-market strategy more broadly. Earn commission that generously compensates your contribution to both pipeline generation and company revenue, with uncapped upside (in addition to equity options). Learn the full enterprise SaaS sales motion and shape the early GTM strategy for one of London’s most exciting startups. Set yourself up to progress into a full closing sales role or another commercial position. What could make me an ideal candidate?

You have consistently performed in the top percentile — academically, in sports and/or professionally. You’re entrepreneurial and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments — perhaps you’ve founded something yourself before, or spearheaded an initiative outside of your day-to-day focus. You have experience outperforming in the commercial function of a SaaS startup and/or in the front office of a leading financial services organisation.
