What the role involves

• Build the GTM machine/ Automate the repeatable bits — onboarding flows, internal tooling, customer-facing utilities. Replace ten hours of manual work with one good script.
• Build POCs, and turn "interesting" demos into "we have to have this" moments.
• Run the trial/ Own technical trials end-to-end. Configure environments.
• Close the loop on support/ Jump on customer support tickets, debug fast, and ship fixes. You care about the customer outcome, not just the handoff.
• Figure it out/ This is a brand new role. No GTM Engineering team before you. No inherited playbook. Just real customers, a strong product, and the freedom to build.
• In a nutshell/ Own the full stack of technical GTM — integrations, trials, customer and prospect calls.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Candidate fit

• 2–3+ years in a hands-on technical-meets-customer role — Solutions Engineer, FDE, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar.
• Comfortable with APIs, SSO/SCIM, scripting, and reading docs faster than most read email.
• You've shipped integrations end-to-end and stood next to customers when they went live.
