This is an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a growing manufacturing business in a newly created role. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will be business partnering with various senior stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

Look at the operational planning, production, sales, and cost analysis to support key business decisions. Business partnering with various teams across the organisation, particularly those in the commercial and engineering departments. Prepare and analyse detailed sales forecasts and budgets. Assist with the strategic 5-year plans. It's a busy role and will require someone with the right aptitude to carry it through, someone who is used to liaising with key stakeholders and communicating complex financial information to non-financial personnel. Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be confident in delivering precise financial analysis, be commercially astute, and a clear effective communicator. We are looking for those with a background in manufacturing or engineering. An ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification would be great, but we also want to hear from those who are part qualified or qualified by experience.
