Job Description Business partnership - as a key member of the GSC finance team, immerse yourself in the wider organisation and develop strong working relationships with Operating entities, UK Finance, and the Central senior leadership team. Reporting responsibilities - support the GSC senior finance leaders with the creation and communication of reporting timelines. Management reporting - analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to optimise financial performance to aid strategic decision making. Cost management & forecasting - support the GSC Senior leadership team in producing robust forecasts, and identifying areas where the financial outlook for the business requires corrective management action. Project Support - support the implementation of a standardised process for project business case review, appraisal, and cost tracking, with the aim to own the process on completion. The Successful Applicant A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA). Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
