FP&A Analyst Global FMCG Group - Cosmetics £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus & benefits Hybrid working (3 office / 2 home split) Central London We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in a global, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. This role will report directly to the FP&A Manager and involve collaboration across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities: Assist the FP&A team during peak periods, such as month-end and budgeting cycles. Support the commercial team with various reporting needs, including business plans and wholesale reports. Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyse variances, and provide clear explanations. Maintain and update reporting dashboards and tools to ensure accurate, timely data is available for internal stakeholders, aiding in data-driven decision-making. Respond to ad-hoc commercial requests from the FP&A team. Provide accurate insights and recommendations for improvement to management. Essential Requirements: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to additional responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills. Capability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions. Ability to meet strict deadlines and adhere to established processes. Experience working with multiple currencies. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Navision/Business Central. Fully qualified in ACA, CIMA, or ACCA. Background in the luxury sector or wholesale is an advantage.
